Once you have your AdSense code and know where you want to put the ads on the site, there are several options open you:

    1. Theme - Many themes support AdSense out of the box and give you a whole variety of configuration options. http://www.google.com/search?q=wordp...e+with+adsense
    2. Plugin - There are a load of AdSense plugins for WordPress. This is quite a good one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-plugin/
    3. By hand - You can hard code adsense into the template(s) where you want the ads to appear. This will require some basic knowledge of HTML, but will give you the most flexibility and control.

Thanks for your answer. I know a little bit of HTML but I think that will not help me. I am voting for Plugins. Thanks again.

have you tried wpads? its a plugin could be of different sizes. its good if you like to display banner/adsense of different sizes on the same spot. example you already have advertiser you can put their banner in just one spot. demo is this site pinoybizness.com wpads is installed in the header top right. try to refresh you will see it will be reshuffle. the 720x90 is using wpads too.

use adsense manager or use a theme specifically designed for adsense. I use niche website theme as it allows me to test the click rate for different ads placed. there is also one called intellitheme but I reckon it looks a little cheap to be honest.
