like the fact that you can view unanswered posts. color scheme seems a little dark/muddy.
I like forum with your choice of topic, but why the blue/grey color scheme? They want to drag me down and I feel like not talking, which is the contrary to what you want!
The marquee is distracting with the lime green background and all the text in it. Perhaps just have a daily tip appear in there, but if possible only have it run across the screen once and then be gone. The text was hard to read as it was moving as well.
I would like it if the header would link back to the main page, so we have an easy way to jump back to the start.
Otherwise the site looks nice.
When i get to the weekend, i will try to change the theme.
I will see if there are other good themes from artodia.

Personally I think that the site will really take of and become interesting once there is a lot of content in place. This kind of site needs a hell of a lot of content. Most will of course have to come from you at first and you could even make some fake accounts to reply from just to fill it out about. But a really good site in its early days!
It kind of looks like any other default forum theme. You need to do something to make it stand out—even if just with an introduction on the home page to explain what the site is for, why I should join etc. You've got to stand out from the crowd with something unique to have any hope of people being interested.
Is it a web forum? An anything forum? You need to do some work here to make it worthwhile for people to explore further.

Yes ralph, i know my site is not unique. The thing is that web designing is not my thing. Php and others are my thing. Anyways ill see what i can do in the weekend.

Yes indeed. Something that tells me what the site is about, why it's different, why I should stay etc. At the moment, the site is a bit like a generic store front that displays no products and has no signage to tell people why they should enter. I'm sure most people—including you—wouldn't bother to look inside in that scenario.

I like the general look of the site - very clean design. I won't reiterate about the differentiation or making known what the site is about (although they are very important) but I'd like to add my small point. It may be a good idea to work on the titles of each forum so that site visitors can know more about the subject matter. Then you can elaborate on the descriptions of each forums.
The best example of what I'm talking about would be SitePoints', of course

It certainly helps to have that intro ... but you could probably make it more compelling. It still doesn't explain what makes this different from any other forum. (If there isn't a difference yet, perhaps you should think of one and introduce it. For example, are these forums more helpful than others, or better moderated, and if so, why? I don't think you need to point out that it's free, as that's usually a given. Also, it would be good to make the Register link a clear link. At the moment, it looks like normal text.
