I do not know why but there was an old english film ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Old...se_(1963_film) ) where a lady was killed with knitting needles through her throat and that scene jumped into my mind as soon as I looked at your photos!

I voted. It was difficult because there are a few *very* skillfully created photographs but then others illustrate the challenge concept a bit better.
