I once came across a site that offered an attractive web toolbar that notified you that you were using IE6, 7, and possible older versions of Firefox and suggested a method of updating the browser. Does anyone know where I can find this script?

You could just do it with CSS, whereby you have toolbar in the HTML and hidden for all browsers but IE6 and 7.
