You have errors in your HTML which are causing problems (like divs not closed in the right place). Run your site through the HTML Validator first, to get rid of those problems.

Yes, have checked and corrected where problem is still no change?

There are still lots of code / validation errors that are messing up your layout. You really need to fix them all.
