Should we use online platform for Portfolio management?

I have seen many online photographers using scripts and software applications for their portfolio management, So My question is that for making the use of Portfolio management software for making my interior décor management on client's side, how much would be the cost of pay for such online portfolio management?

The obvious answer to that is to have a look at the sites for the portfolio management software that you're interested in using, and look at the prices.

If you build it using free CMS like WordPress you may not have to pay anything. The premium templates may cost you $30-50, depending on what you choose. If you have not technical knowledge of WP, then a technical help may cost you $150-300 depending on amount of work involved in building your portfolio site.
