    failed to pay with PAYPAL

    Hey,

    today i wanted to pay on some service with my paypal account but the payment failed.
    apparently, there is an unsolved issue which gives your error message if you dont verify your credit-card.

    i dont understand paypal - why not giving an alert about it. i bought and paid for services/products many times during 3 years and nobody told me - i need to verify the paypal account.

    does it happend to you too?

    Are you from india?if yes please read RBI new guidelines regarding paypal payments.Its available on paypal.in

    So, once I have a similar problem, everything was fine and paypal said that the payment was in process. But then I got an email that I should resend the payment as it failed. But when I was trying to pay again and I had the answer that I’ve already checkout. Strange!

    The situation like that happen with me too .
    Look like Paypal have some problems with payment service .

    That's interesting. When you first open the account it should ask you to verify it. Call support.

    Some sites receive payment only from verified paypal account holders.
