    sttrange CMS

I have a question, I'm trying to redesign this website,
    http://sunnybeachvacations.com/
but am clueless on how to do this. The CMS used here has some tricky code and I really dont know how to make edits (Does this CMS have any documentation that could help)
this screenshot is the actual login screen (if that even helps). Let me know
    Thanks
heres the site of the developer (its in another language too so its way hard)

The client needs to supply yyou with the necessary information about this. It may be a CMS built by the old developers. It wouldn't hurt to rebuild the site from the ground up anyway.

If you view the site in Chrome, it asks you if you want the page translated, which is handy.

    what do they expect?
    You'll have to ask them
