Cookie Legislation

Hi all,

As I'm sure you're all aware the EU recently published and acted on new legislation about cookies used on websites.

My question is, how can I tell what cookies are being used on my website and should I be concerned about stating the usage of them on my personal website?

I've used the Web Developer Toolbar within Firefox to view the cookie information and it's churned out the following - but what does it mean?
