Does anyone know any good javascript (or HTML, does not matter) that can send an email saying something to the effect of "Hello! (your friend) has found a website that they think you may be interested in - (your website name). Click on the following link to check it out!"

I have a website which really needs this feature, yet I have had a hard time finding a script for it. My pages use FrontPage too, if it helps.
