Why is the number of posts not increasing?

Hi.
I'd like to know, why inspite of posting on a weekly basis, it always shows 21 posts on my profile? why is the number not increasing?
Please clarify.

can you please also tell me, how many postings are required for my signature to be active on this forum?

The enabling of signatures is not done by the number of posts. Once someone has been a member for at least 90 days then they can have a signature. You've been a member so the option should be available to you.

Scroll down the page, on the left hand side you'll see the "My Settings" block. One section of that is called "My Profile" and in that section you should see "Edit Signature" listed.
