I'd have to second what edwin says for the front page. Also add a favicon.

The second page is derivative of Kickstarter. If you want people to think that you're not just trying to just copy their business model (a very difficult trick to pull off), you may want to try an original approach.

I can't say anything about the home page because there isn't really anything there But your listing page is clean and simple...which I like. Yes. You are clearly ripping of Kickstarter's design (as well as their concept) but so far you've done a pretty good job of it. My big piece of advice would be: keep it simple. There's something about Kickstarter's colour scheme that's always rubbed me the wrong way. Also, since you probably don't have a lot of money to throw around, so instead of hosting video on your servers, try to encourage your users to upload their videos to sites like YouTube and Vimeo (which they'll end up doing anyway) instead of storing and serving the video yourself. You can use oEmbed to embed video based the video's URL.

P.S. I'm curious, why did you decide to create yet another crowd sourcing site? Do you have some new take on this concept?

I agree there isn't much,
stick with wordpress if time is an issue for you. get your widgets, even themes from themeforest
it will make your whole presentation look awesome and they are easy to install and use.

Make sure to include a nice introduction to the site, with a clear explanation of what to do. Crowdfunding ... I kind of understand the concept, but unless you tell me exactly what to do to get involved, and what being involved means etc. you'll not see me again.

you can still expand your content much more such as creating more sub-pages of related contents. That will tremendously help with SEO and users interest in visiting your page.

first of all not well arranged...the template is not attractive
you should choose something colorful to attract visitors
what is Lorem Ipsum? you should have a title of your site
add like butons and sharing buttons in the main page though you have it in your posts
