I'm afraid I don't know anything about cyberduck and I'm not a Mac user. However, I use Filezilla, which is very popular and also available for Mac. You could give that a try.

Cyberduck works fine on the latest Mac OS. If you really want to stick with it, you could try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

As TechnoBear said, Filezilla is good, and is tried and tested. Or, if you have some pennies in the kitty, give Transmit a whirl. It's by far the best Mac FTP Client.

FileZilla is working great on my MAC. I have to admit that I am still using Leopard, not Lion yet, but FileZilla should work well too. A quick search doesn't show any issue. You should try it.
