    how can i set a awebpage without the right scrollbar?
    i mean when the page isn't too long,how can i make that useless scroll bar dissappear?
    i know it is a simple question...

    The only way I can think of is to make an invisble frame (COLUMNS="1,*" in your frameset tag) and set SCROLLBAR="NO" on both.

    I see no reason why that wouldn't work.

    Keep in mind that people visiting may have a smaller resolution, the window sized less then 100%, or are using something like WebTV. At any rate, the absense of a scrollbar could lead these people to miss important information that you may want them to see.
