I don't like the website very much, i think you need to use more colours and images.
If you use images with low quality the loading time is low also. Maby you also can make a logo?
I think visitors don't come back because the site doesn't look intresting. But if they need to wait maby a second longer for a intresting looking site they will come back.

    Sorry for my bad English.

Woah, dude! You really need to rethink the design from a usability point of view. There is so much information on the site that it's impossible to know where to look first.

Why not think more carefully about the structure of the site. For example, why have you got the subscribe text and boxes on your homepage? Why not create a different page for this information?

Your point about the size of the page is only partially relevant. I used Google's PageSpeed tool to analyse the page. The result was 73 out of 100 which is great for a page which so few images.

I'd strip everything out of the homepage and built the site out more with targeted topics on each page. This will also do wonders for your SEO.

    Hope that helps!

Please take everything I am about to say as constructive criticism, I am only trying to help you out.

Only positive thing I noticed was the quick loading... other than that you have lots of rethinking to do.

From a first glance as a casual web viewer your site has NO since of direction and I have no clue where to look first. You should definitely reconsider your layout and maybe use a theme with only a navigation bar on either the right or left hand side of the page. This should help tons with the navigation for your site.

Secondly... I would consider removing the top information with the "about your site info" to a separate page maybe located on the menu bar. That way you can clean up some of the excessive text covering your landing page.

Third... The website from a first impression had nothing on it to catch the my attention... Once you change your layout and fix the excessive text, consider adding some catchy images that really pull the viewers in. Also, the green and yellow font you are using to highlite your different menus definitely needs to be corrected... The colors just don't go together and looks somewhat unprofessional.

Just as the comment above me states... I think it would benefit you greatly to just strip out the homepage and do some major reconstruction and then come back get a few extra tips from there...

Don't get down on any negative feedback and keep at it... You don't seem to have any trouble coming up with content so you should be fine in that department... Best of luck to you, and look forward to seeing some updates

Why the large separation between lines of the source code ??
    -
Pictures can be zipped (compressed) for faster load times (different compressions mean different speed (or load times))
There are many "free compression utilities", some are better than others.
    -
check other lottery sites (note: many are slow because of the pictures are not compressed properly) and video is very slow to load (most use video). You can do very well with a photo album or photos compressed.

Note: it is free (check the load times - not that bad)

    hope this helps

The site looks a bit cramped to me (not enough empty space), such as around the outside. The text is a bit small, too, and it's hard to know where to look on the page to find what I need.

It might be better not to have so much information on the home page, but to have clear links/button to the various types of content to make it easier to find what's relevant in a glance.

I have seen you site and I think you have to clear you Home Page, so that visitor can realize where their expected information. Your page button are clear in Home Page and visitor don't try hard to find out them, so, you need to clear Home page and button should be clear to your visitor. So that whey can find page or expected info easily.

    Thanks.

I would start with the basic convention of moving the horizontal navigation bar to the top of the page. You can move the current information in the header to a separate "about" section accessible through the navigation.

I would also remove the animated gif's and try to find a better way to highlight the most important things you want to tell to the website visitor - these could be done by e.g. reposition the text elements and reducing text.

I'm using chrome/mac combination with a mac book pro and for me, the center of the website is completely empty - there's like a 500x300px white box in the middle, this space could be used much more wisely.

I think the major issue right now is the amount of text on the site. For example, you've written a whole paragraph about subscribing to results by email while you probably could get by with just the tittle. You're also heavily reusing words from your tittles e.g. in the "Kerala state lotery results box" you start each list item with the words "Reults of" - I would think that that's implied based on the tittle, you don't need to state it again.

You could also hide the terms and the privacy policy behind links to make the page look lighter.

    Hope these help!

Wowza! Your site might have loaded fast, but unless everyone in AK uses dialup still, I'd say a better graphical interface is essential. It's just so much text, i don't know where to begin.

If that's not possible, I would definitely make the page thinner, Putting the width at 100% on a wide screen makes your site look horrible.

On the plus side, I do like that you give the user the ability to get lottery results emailed to them. I would make that prominent because I'm sure that's a service a lot of people would like to use, plus it gives you the ability to send out marketing stuff to interests lottery buyers to your other products.

I dont want to disappoint you but this site needs a whole new plan. The website looks so simple and in other words you needs to put lot of efforts to make it bit more catchy.

You need to do some serious changes in the layout and structure of this site. Information is everywhere on your site but users wouldnt get a cluewhere to look first or from where to start? The color schemes and images also looks unprofessional, so improvements needed in this area too.

But dont feel down consider the suggestions from the above sitepoint members and come back with a bang. All the best.

    What's the navigation?
No animated images please, one look tells me that this site will be in my face for the whole time.
Please think about a better organizational strategy.
