I need fastest Pop-up Menu!

I am a javascript newbie...i was looking for a pop up menu script...but none were less than 40kb.i also tried sothink.com's dhtml menu maker...that goes beyond 65kb...any idea which is the least size menu ....or can anyone suggest a software which creats quick menus
