Changes Not Reflecting on website

Hi all!

I would like to inquire on the following issue on Magento Website. Please kindly reference to this link for further details: https://www.clothingrepublic.com/ind...flies-tee.html

Please click on table tab “SIZING” > “HOW TO MEASURE”. Currently the contents for the whole “https://clothingrepublic.com/measure.html” is an image. I would like to convert them into HTML format, as it will be updated sometimes, it will be tedious to edit the whole image.

I have checked and found the HTML file at cPanel - “public_html/measure.html” and added changes to it but the problem I am encountering is the changes I did is not reflected on the actual website itself. I was wondering what might be wrong?

Have you refreshed your browser / cleared the cache?

We get redirected to the home page when visiting that link. Is there a way to get back to it?

I have tried clearing and refreshing both Magento and Browser. Please follow the first link that I have provided and navigate as required, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

It's hard to help because we can't get to the measure.html page. I'm not sure what you do to get to that page. I don't want to set up an account.

You do not need to setup an account to get to the page.

The link to the measure.html page is actually on this url that I have provided earlier on --> https://www.clothingrepublic.com/ind...flies-tee.html.

1. Click on the table tab:"SIZING", it is next to "DESCRIPTION".

2. Scroll down a bit, there is a link: "HOW TO MEASURE". This anchor link will direct to measurement.html.

Do let me know if you need further clarifications.
