    Backup of Facebook and Twitter

    Hello Friends,

    Is there any way by which we can take backup of our facebook and twitter contents, pics, friend list etc of our accounts

    I think the best recourse is to go into your account and copy/paste those items you want to save to either your hard drive or a USB stick.

    you can download your security file in csv format but u cant do the backup of ur account

    Some clever people don't post directly to Twitter (and perhaps Facebook) but create a script that first posts to their own site (or their own database at least) and then submits the content to the social site. That way, all their content is backed up before it even hits Twitter etc.
