Are there any HTML validators for Mac, HTML 5 preferably, thats out there and relatively popular in the industry?
I used to use HTML Tidy for firefox, but its outdated I guess.
Hopefully its a chrome extension.

Why not just use the W3C validator http://validator.w3.org/

Also http://www.456bereastreet.com/archiv...nsion_updates/ (you should only use this with a local copy of the validator; making it use the online validator.nu service will make you DOS the service).

HTML (all versions) is not , nor should it be, plaform specific. As mentioned above , I tend to use W3C validaror , as it allows direct input or links. Some text editors offer validation features, off the top of my head CODA comes to mind.
Brilliant ideas, elegant execution.
