If it's anything like Dreamweaver, go into the program's folder (c:\program files\{path to homesite}\), then look in the "Configuration" folder. You may be able to edit some files in there and change the tag settings. That's how DW works anyway, I'd have to check my copy of Homesite at work tomorrow.

wow, never seen that before! man... thanks! one other question, do you always have to that each time or is it global?
I think that option is for the document only, but check your preferences, it may allow you to set up a specific document type for defaults.
