Why does my site(on localhost) look like this? and this only happens on the registration page...

That top white part you see is what the background is supposed to be...
One cause might be that the contents inside that container are all floated. Give that container overflow: hidden and see if it fixes the problem. Otherwise, post some code so we can take a look.

Never mind, I got it fixed, one of the inside divs was screwing it up lol, but thanks anyways
