    <input type='hidden' name='<?php echo $formproc->GetFormIDInputName(); ?>' value='<?php echo $formproc->GetFormIDInputValue(); ?>'/>
    <input type='text'  class='spmhidip' name='<?php echo $formproc->GetSpamTrapInputName(); ?>' />

    <div class='short_explanation'>* required fields</div>

    <div><span class='error'><?php echo $formproc->GetErrorMessage(); ?></span></div>
    <div class='container'>
        <label for='name' >Your Full Name*: </label><br/>
        <input type='text' name='name' id='name' value='<?php echo $formproc->SafeDisplay('name') ?>' maxlength="50" /><br/>
        <span id='contactus_name_errorloc' class='error'></span>
    </div>
    <div class='container'>
        <label for='email' >Email Address*:</label><br/>
        <input type='text' name='email' id='email' value='<?php echo $formproc->SafeDisplay('email') ?>' maxlength="50" /><br/>
        <span id='contactus_email_errorloc' class='error'></span>
    </div>
    <div class='container'>
        <label for='phone' >Phone Number*:</label><br/>
        <input type='text' name='phone' id='phone' value='<?php echo $formproc->SafeDisplay('phone') ?>' maxlength="15" /><br/>
        <span id='contactus_phone_errorloc' class='error'></span>
    </div>
    <div class='container'>
        <label for='message' >Message:</label><br/>
        <span id='contactus_message_errorloc' class='error'></span>
        <textarea rows="10" cols="50" name='message' id='message'><?php echo $formproc->SafeDisplay('message') ?></textarea>
    </div>

    <div class='container'>
        <input type='submit' name='Submit' value='Submit' />
    </div>

    </fieldset>
    so I installed this plugin
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/

    I activate it, and this is the result,

    script seems to stop poage rewndering

    I created a page which uses exec-php to execute some php code.
    My page seems to not fully load

    And I believe the culprit is
    this
    [php]
    require_once("./include/fgcontactform.php");
    [\php]
    How do I even know if that path is even correct?

    I have an include folder in my sites root.
    Heres the script
    (I placed a 1 there to see if it even works)

    I guess the php is working, think the problem is require_once()
