I am planning to use article spin software but don’t know which one to go for.
Can anybody recommend any article spin software / web site which you have used or using.
and also It is bad for SEO or not ?

I would like to tell you that don't use such type of software, because these software just change synonyms of words, and recently the Google Algorithm name Penguin is all about it. I am not scared you, but because of this tactics your website may be penalized, so be careful.

That's easy to answer - none of them. Article spinning is a form of spamming. We don't allow copied/spun content on the forums and we don't need a discussion on how to do it.
