get file .txt with fopen in notepad

hi guys..
i really need your help, i want in get my .txt file, that contains html script, with fopen script in tcpdf but it still error, this is my script..

Update the two lines of code below:
$fp = fopen("Hal_1.txt", 'r');
$fp2 = fopen("Hal_1_2.txt", 'r');

to:
$fp = file_get_contents("Hal_1.txt");
$fp2 = file_get_contents("Hal_1_2.txt);

Test it and see if it works.
