When Page Loads stop the Flag/Banner on Google Map

I've used a Google Map just by grabbing the embed code from Google Maps after customizing. My problem is that the default load state is with the flag/banner and drop shadow and it's about a third of the size of the map. I'm wondering if it's possible to use a map without that flag appearing when it gets loaded?
