Can I get some screenshots please?

I would REEEEAAAAAALLLY appreciate it if people on this forum would:

    * take a look at this page:
    http://www.accessify.com/tools-and-w...lder_step1.asp
    * Resize the browser to 800x600
    * Grab a screenshot
    * And post it to this forum with details of OS/browser ...

I would be eternaly grateful to find out just how it is behaving!

PS - if anyone has a PDA handy, please try:

    Many many thanks

I can't be bothered with the screenshot thing cos I have a huge monitor and resizing will screw up my desktop!

However I can tell you that it behaves exactly the same way in Netscape 6, Mozi and IE 6 -- the horizontal scrollbar appears if you shrink the window too far but it works fine! It screws up Opera 6 (a browser I am becoming increasingly fed up with due to some shocking W3C CSS oversights!) and Netscape 4.7 (a browser I spit on!!)

Ps -- looks like an interesting little project you're on ... care to give us some history?

If you paste the following in the address location, it'll resize your window:

    javascript:window.resizeTo(800,600)

    Windows 2000 SP3 with IE6.0.2800.1106

I know about the JavaScript resize thing, but really I know how it looks on all of the following at 800 x 600:

    Winxp - IE6
    Win2000 - IE5, Mozilla/Netscape 6, Opera 5 (looks pants), Netscape 4 (stylesheets ignored - degrades)

So, really what I would like is to know how it looks on a mac, perhaps on Linux running Konqueror or Mozilla, or on a PDA screen - you know, not places I would normally be able to test on.

To reply to Greg's post - the history of it is all on the About page (http://www.accessify.com/about-accessify.asp) ... but really there is no history - it's days old and still really a BETA - there are sections that need bulding up (which I'm working on). I thought it would be safe to let out to you guys and gals for now in order to get feedback

On a Mac .... in IE5.1 it's pretty much unusable ... odd! Opera 6 behaves exactly the same way as it does on PC and so does Netscape 4.

Very very strange that it doesn't work at all in IE5.1 for Mac.

Anyway, nice project and nice idea. Not doing your karma any harm either!

    I'm such an evil person

Thanks for trying - at least I know that it looks OK on Linux.

Oh dear. It's all gone completely tits-up. Just had a look on IE5/Win2K and layout has busted big time. Still looks good on IE6 on WinXP, but I've evidently done smething to cause it major headaches.

So, please don't get screenshots of it now - I KNOW it's gone wrong in quite spectacular ways!

If anyone knows why, please do tell ...
