    Thumbs up How to design blogger templete with dreamweaver?

    I have a free blogger blog. Now I want to design this site with dreamweaver. But I don't no who to do it. Will you help me with you step to step suggestion about that. And also I want to know how to upload that template after editing? Please give me some tutorial site where I can get help about that.
