Jquery for Announcement

Hello All,

Please advice me to build a jquery lightbox (Kind of), where i can make announcement(if any). Which will pop-up when someone comes into the index.php (which would be : www.desi4um.com- which is being redirected to index.php.) must see a one time popup.

It should come backup again, either new announcement is created (or subject has changed.....) or cookies being cleared by user.

As an alternate, you could have the announcement pop on the iPhone screen with one of these push notification services:
