is there anyone that can help me on what applications that can Convert PDF Files to Word Files?? please help.

If you don't mind a small charge (annual subscription of 15GBP, which translates to about 1000PHP), the latest version of Adobe Reader has the facility to export to Word or Excel files.

(This is nothing to do with PHP so I've moved it to a different part of the forums)

Or, you could try to convert PDF to word on your desktop because you don't how long you will need to wait for the conversion result online.
