Thumbs up Please review my free advertising forum

I have created a forum where members can post their ads for free, in three different categories.

The url of the forum is: http://www.ourfreeclassifiedads.com/

I'm looking for your comments and reviews.

    Thanks!

Other than the logo (that is very big) I think that you need traffic, just to fill out the gaps.
But it seems a forum adapted for classifieds, but for me is clear and easy to browse around.

The first thing i saw was some Big Scary Black Thing. I think it's logo. Are you sure that logo is a main event of your site?..

    Thanks for all your reviews.

Most of you are not happy with the header logo, so I decided to change it. Check it out now and see if you like it

    More reviews are welcome

Your "tag cloud" on the bottom is deceiving. Those are normally tags that keep you within the site but in your case they're infolinks... I'm not sure I would do that.

Besides that, it's a straight forward forum site. I would work on the design quite a bit if you really want to attrack people. Right now it looks very 2002ish - there doesn't seem to be any cohesion between the various design elements.

Maybe focus more on user-friendly, attractive web design? That's just my two cents. When I visited your site, I didn't feel welcome. Perhaps it has something to do with the color combination of your site, too many ads on the homepage, or maybe something I still don't know what. Again, it's only my 2-cent thought.

Your site is looking ok but has big logo and it's not attractive like Unfilled Black gap.

I still don't like the header . It's a different shade of blue than the background. I'd use a lighter color for the banner, perhaps a different color.
I agree also that the login should be above.
Other than this it looks nice, good luck with it.
