Those validation errors are mainly caused by the editor, There is little that can be done about this. I will do a little digging so see what I can find. All templates are validated prior to the CMS, and it's the CMS which causes these errors.

I have corrected the spelling / grammer mistake, and remove that plug-in. You're completely right. I already had bad reception because of the plug-in. I feel it would be a matter of time before the new cookie law is dropped.

Like already mentioned, add some credibility by expanding your "about" page. One of the best things you can do there is to add good quality photos and short bios of the key people that work at your joint.

Well noted! The company is involved in many small third party websites, which it producing themes for. I could possibly link to them.

Everything still needs a little reshaping. The blog link needs to be on the right too, as well as a restructuring of the blog pages.

Website looks great. It is easy to navigate around.

The colour scheme is effective and the illustrations really make the site i think.

The site does take a while to load up, this is not down to the HTML but mostly down to not using effective GZIP and other speed enhancing tips. I will undergo and speed things up on the website.

Your design is attractive, may attract some small rock bands or club owners to get their business design by you but would not attract the business Biggies.
Some critics:
1. Slow load speed - Compress your CSS
2. Website Management link broken
3. "Powered by WordPress" leaves a poor impression on people who do not know the flexibility of wordpress

Great clean looking website. From a non-coders perspective, the layout is simple and easy to find what you need. I like the color scheme as it really makes your logo pop although the font and color of text should probably be more clear. I understand the text goes with the rest of the theme but am a little confused as why it is "hairy" and pixilated. Also, "Lets code it is just sitting up there as it looks like the space, or even what to say in the space was a slight afterthought.
Overall, clean and easy navigate and "ux".

I just don't understand the pear thing sleeping and with a qoute 'We love to design'.
For me, it contradict your message.

My very first impression of this site is "Wow!". I immediately get the feeling you have really done your homework with the design and layout of this site. The color scheme imo is perfect! The yellow works real well on the grey backgrounds. The footer is superb! and the content is rich. The only negative for me is page loading time. I did have to wait several seconds for each page to load. Other than that I love it. Congrats m8.
