Syntax Question:

  • Should A tags go outside other tags (like P or H1 or LI) or inside them?


Semantics Question:

  • Should I use an H1 for footer items? These items are like the "Contact Us", Privacy Statement buttons at the bottom of all SPF pages. Should it be a list instead?
