IE9 video tag poster problem

Hi,

i have a problem on one site where the poster does not show up in IE9.
I did it the same way like on another site i made. Sure preload="none" is set.

i am having the same problem... trying to figure out a fix, or possible workaround.

Setting the preload="none" worked for me, and my fallback idea was to set it as a background image... Hope it helps.

As i wrote: preload="none" does not work here.

Another thing is that in IE the control bar does not show up after page load. You need to hover the video that it shows up.
Thats stupid cause how do people know its a video.
