Windows XP SP1 : .NET Framework 1.0 + SP2 as an OS component.
Windows Vista : .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 as the Optional Component which can be installed latter if you want.
Windows Vista (SP 1) : .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 and 3.0 SP1 as the Optional Component which can be installed latter if you want.
    Windows 7 : .NET Framework 3.5

And as wwbb_99 said you would also find complete documentation of its version on the Microsofts Site
