Upgrading IIS4 to IIS5

Hi there, Not sure if this is the right forum to post this in or not, but here hoes.
I'm following Kevin Yanks tutorial on ASP and it requires that you either have access to a server running IIS or you install a pack on your PC which adds personal web server files.
This i have done already, but as his tutorial states you really need IIS5 for ASP V3.00.
Is there a way to upgrade IIS4 to IIS5 without purchasing anything. I've checked the microsoft web site and there doesn't seem to be anything there (but i could be missing it very easily, as there site is a bit overwhelming).

Nope.

IIS5 is a component of Windows 2000 Server. You can't upgrade from a different version of IIS, short of upgrading the entire server OS.
