Legal or Illegal ?

Hi,
I am working on a site which is all about Hardware MP3 Players, reviews of MP3 Software and a whole lotta stuff about Digital Audio. I have 2 questions :

1 - Can I use pictures of hardware MP3 Players from other sites ?

If yes, do you know any sites ?

You probably wouldn't be allowed, but I guess you could E-Mail them asking for permission...

You're probably better off just linking to the site with the image or no images all.

The manufactures of the MP3 players goal is to sell them. And if that means letting you use pictures off of there site to promote them then they will let you. Email the manufactures and ask for permission. Try http://www.rioport.com/RioHardware/.

Plus, I think the fair use law comes in play here. You might want to speak with a lawyer though.
