FREE - Talk Traffic With The Experts
Welcome to the third in our series of 'Talk With The Experts' live forum workshops. This time up we've got Jen Sheahan (Founder of FB Ads Lab), Kristen Holden (author of The SEO Business Guide and Director of Marketing Partners) and SitePoint Marketing Manager Mick Gibson at midday PST on March 14 (7am March 15 AEST). You can figure out what time it will be at your place here.
We'll be talking about things like how to drive more traffic to your site with SEO, some SEM tactics like Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and retargeting - or anything else traffic related. If you've got questions or ideas that you'd like to bounce off someone, then make sure you join us in this live Campfire chat session. If you can't make it, then post it in this forum and our experts will check in when they get a chance after the session.
You can join us in the chatroom here https://sitepoint.campfirenow.com/e16feLast edited by HAWK; Mar 14, 2012 at 13:42.

Cool. This looks to be an interesting discussion - and one that is important to any site owner.
I freaked out a bit when I saw AEST...couldn't figure out if it was American or Australian Standard time.
I think I'll be there. How long will it last?

Hmm, I thought 12.00 PST would be 21.00 GMT+1, but... I see that this sunday you will go on PDT? So that means it will be at 20.00 GMT+1? Very confusing

Wait...I'm sorry to stick my American nose into this, but it's at Noon, Pacific time, which is 2:00 PM Central Time, and 3:00 PM eastern time? (All United States)
Thanks.

Wednesday 14th March 20.00 GMT+1 it is! Hopefully I will be able to make this one. I am refining my blog and I want to know a little more about driving traffic, would be interested to know what others have queries on.

Sorry guys hopeless with time zones, I just want to confirm that it is 8PM 20:00 UK GMT on Wednesday March 14th?

I'm just as hopeless, so don't worry about it.
Based on what guido said, that's it's 8pm in his timezone - GMT +1 - I think it's 7pm in the UK. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me.

Well it's hardly surprising there is confusion because GMT is an absolute time reference. I'd assume 8:00pm Sunny England.

Yup - 8pm on the 14th in the UK. Midday on the 14th Pacific time, 7am on the 15th in Aussie and 9am on the 15th here. Hope that helps.

Thank you for the clarification.
I blame @guido2004 for leading me astray.
