You could check out http://www.freelancer.com but honestly, I've only ever found small 1 day jobs for low wages.. As always, the best way is to know someone who knows someone who knows someone..

^^^This is really great, especially if you know people there. Know more than a few freelancers who pay bills entirely by subcontracting in scenarios like this.
