Create relational mysql database

Hi!
I hope someone know were i can find some tutorials or finished example database on how to create a relational database that can handle a company, employees, workplaces and custom notes.
i also need to find on how to make a import, update, delete function with PHP that split the information from a csv file so that the information lands in the right table

Anyone got a tip?

Second: no i have not homework, i want to learn how to code this and how it works

My ultimate goal is to learn how to code a CRM system from scratch but i need to learn the basic first and that is relational database handling when you talk about CRM
