    Preloading swf in html

I have a link to a page that contains a flash movie that is quite big. Because of this I want to include some kind of preloader that either says 'wait for flash to load' or shows a loader bar. Unfortunaly I no longer have the fla file to create 1 in flash.
A way to do it would be to have a loading page containing the preloader/cache for the swf files, and then redirect to the page containing the flash movie.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    if you can embed....

if you can embed your flash, can you hide in a previous page? load it in under a pic or give it a size of 0,0 (if it can be done)
