Looking for DHTML tool tip style layer popup script

Hi,

Been on the lookout for a DHTML tool top style layer popup script that follows the mouse around the screen. I'd seen iton a page last week and someone asked me about it today and I couldnt find it (Google / DynamicDrive etc). Can anybody point me in the right direction, thanks.
