trouble getting this script to work...

here is a link to the page i'm having trouble w/:

when i hover over the about button i get an error message that says:

does anyone have any idea what is wrong? All of the links seem to work when i hover over them except for the about button. Any help would be great b/c i'm on a tight deadline.
