Links in Hotmail

Appearently last week's issue of The SitePoint Tribune, when delivered to a person using Hotmail, had all its links become invalid.

Did anybody here experience that problem?

Has anybody had a similar problem with their newsletter, and if so, how did you solve it?

When you have a message open in Hotmail for a long period of time (maybe 5 minutes) all of the links stop working and you have to re-open the message for them to work again or copy and paste them into your browser.

I think they set a certain amount of time for the links to expire so people don't use their redirect link for their own purposes. There are probably some security reasons also.
