I did a search for this topic and didn't really find anything relevant to what I was looking for, apologies if I missed something.

My question pertains to liquid layouts. I have a liquid layout with resizing banners, footers and main content divs, the whole 9 BUT my javascript menu does not re-size with the rest of the elements when the browser size is changed (I'm not surprised given that the code doesn't instruct it to re-size). Is it even possible to have a "liquid/fluid' javascript menu that stretches horizontally as the browser size is changed? Is there some sort of min-width property to keep it from contracting farther than I'd like?

I don't know much of anything about javascript, I used a program to create my menu and I understand how to change a very limited number of attributes in the code, mostly color-related stuff.

Appreciate any help!
