I want to have a opt-in newsletter. What is the best way to go about doing this?
I'm just looking for ways to keep people comming back to see all the new stuff I'm adding.

Go to http://www.ListBot.com and sign up for their service. I use, because it allows me to collect demographic information about my subscribers.

Personally, I love the ease and simplicity of http://www.cgi-factory.com 's e-zine sender. It's fast and easy to use. It also doesn't show advertisements.
Also all the user needs to do for the cgifactory one is to enter their e-mail...with Listbot they enter their e-mail address and then are redirected to another page with more forms to fill. I forget who, but someone estimated that the extra step discouraged about 25% of subscribers.

I use egroups www.egroups.com
I have been with them for about a year and can give them nothing but praise.

I am just about to set up an e-zine at my site too. Think I will go for egroups for now. I'll post back in a while to say how it went along...

I found a forum and a newsletter service at www.everyone.net. Now I just need to get some members. I'm working on content now but without members~~ You know what I mean....
