What's a good subscription rate as a percentage of views. My site's been open about 2 weeks, with 200 unique views, and about 20 subscriptions. The search engines are yet to process it yet, though, and the archive has only one e-zine in it so far. Is this a good rate, or should I expect more?
Thanks.

Well that's 10%, but unique visitors do not actually mean visitors. Unique IPs is what it should be. Every time someone dials into the Internet, they get a new IP (unless they have a static IP, uncommon for dialup connections).
I was getting around 1% (I think) when my site fourthdev.com was getting 50k/page views a month. Now it gets little traffic and few subscriptions but that's only because I have literally abandoned it to work on my love, ASP.
10% is awesome. If a site had one unique IPs/mth, then it would get a few less than 100,000 subscribers/mth. The number would actually be lower than 100,000 because of repeat visitors.
