Have a newsletter however I cant get it to look decent when it is actually emailed. All the words are all over the place. Any suggestions if you know what I mean

Download the free software from www.ezineassistant.com . This should solve all your problems.

I had a look at that software and "free" is the operative word. They require you to place ads in your newsletter. Thanks but no thanks, I'd rather take longer in Notepad. I used Matt's article in how to produce newsletters and they always come out fab.

TextPad is the program to use when formatting your newsletter -- there's an option in there to save at 65 characters per line with chard breaks (you still have to highlight the text though and select reformat before it will be applied). Details in the ezine publishing guide.
