Does any one know of a service that would actually pay me money to submit an article or pay me they find someone who wants to publish my article in their newsletter or site??
I know plenty of services where I can simply submit an article and receive self-promotion at the end, but that's not what I'm looking for right now.
iSyndicate will syndicate your content for you. You would then get paid for it as others subscribe to it and publish it on their sites. Don't know what the exact rates are though.

You could also get yourself listed as a freelancer at places such as eWork.com, and Monster.com.
Be prepared to show an impressive list of past work, and in-depth knowledge of the subject that you will be asked to write about if you expect to get hired, in addition to excellent English writing skills (you wouldn't believe some of the articles that we get submitted to us...)
