if so is it worth subscribing to for a weekly newletter with orginal content

I am using them to generate dynamic content at http://www.HawaiianGolfer.com. To actually see it working, you'll have to go to http://www.HawaiianGolfer.com/index2.htm. Just remeber that this is a work in progress, so don't get too ruffled if some stuff doesn't work. All of the content from I-Syndicate should though. So, you should be able to see all of the news pages.

The thing I like best about them, is that they don't require they be the sole provider of dynamic content for your site. And they have a lot to choose from.
