php TIMEZONE Question

Hello forums,

I need to change my php.ini timezone settings to Central Time Zone US.
My date.timezone settings is currently set to Mountain Time

date.timezone = "America/Denver"

I checked out the php link for supported Timezones and I don't know w/c one is the the Central Time
http://www.php.net/manual/en/timezones.america.php

I'm not from the US and I have no absolute idea w/c one is the right choice.

Pick any city that's listed in the PHP list and on this site in the green zone (central timezone): http://www.happyzebra.com/timezones-...ntlocalusa.php

For example: America/Chicago

Pick the most southerly city listed in the timezone as they are the ones least likely to use daylight saving.
